Explaining Photosynthesis

The ingredients for photosynthesis is water, minerals, sunlight, carbin dioxide and chlorophyll and after the plant is  able to make glucose. 
Photosynthesis is the process whereby green plants manufacture their own food.
Chlorophyll is what makes a plant green.
The xylem and phloem. The Xylem is used mostly for transporting water from up the stems to the leaves.
Phloem is responsible for transporting food produced from photosynthesis from leaves.
