How to make Ngatu In Tonga

                                                                                                                                                         

1. After the hiapo is cut down, women and girls peel the bark off.

2. They hang the bark out in the sun to dry.

3. They soak the bark into the water to make it dry.

4. They beat the dried bark with a wooden tool called Ike to make it thinner.


5. They hang the bark out in the sun to dry again.

Today room 11 went back to Jelly Beans music

The first instrument we played is called a Glockenspiel and the two first songs we played is called (Mary had a little lamb) and Hot cross buns. 

Then after we play on the Glockenspiels, we got to play with the other instruments that are, Drums, Triangles, Tambourine and castanets, The song that we got to play is, The Entertainment  

before we played the song we learnt some of the music notes.
